How it Works
Buy Monthly Passes
Each group member costs $5.00 per month. Pay for as many members as you want. The admin account is charged each month for the number of passes you select.
Invite Members
After you register, we will send you a passphrase for group members to use when they register. After registration, they will have full access to Group HIIT.
Work Out Together or Alone
Choose a leader to keep everyone on track. Start a program on the same day. Work out together or on your own time.
