Never my favourite format but a decent workout nonetheless
This is a good average workout. It won't kill you so if that's your pace for today, it's perfect. Banded side to side hop and slow bicycle is the least useful circuit. The regular rubber bands move too much and end up pinching and the thicker fabric bands stay in place but don't have enough give for the range of motion needed in these movements. So if you are reading this maybe plan a different exercise just in case.
