Good workout to work on your form
This is not a taxing workout unless you are total beginner. It is good for everyone regardless because you can work on perfecting your form since the sets aren't grueling. I used 8lb dumbbells for the lunge and sumo squats and did assisted pistol squats instead of the squat to seated exercise. I used it as a warmup for my calisthenics.

Light cardio, a good warmup
This was not very challenging but I'm using it as a warmup for another workout. Can be made more challenging by holding weights for a few of the moves.
