What is TrueMed?
TrueMed is a payment tool that allows health and wellness brands to accept HSA/FSA funds. Think of them as the Paypal for HSA/FSA. They partner with leading health and wellness brands to facilitate the payment and reimbursement of HSA/FSA funds toward qualified health and wellness purchases.
How does it work?
Using TrueMed to pay for your membership pass is easy. Follow these steps:
1. Go to the HSA/FSA Membership Pass.
2. Add a 6-month or 1-Year membership pass to your cart and proceed to the checkout.
3. You must checkout as a guest. Make sure you are logged out of Group HIIT.
5. Under "Payment", select TrueMed - Pay with HSA/FSA
6. Follow the TrueMed process to pay. You'll take a quick health survey to determine eligibility then complete your purchase using your HSA/FSA credit card.
7. Your order confirmation email will have a membership pass code. When you're ready to start your membership, redeem the code by clicking "Start 14 Day Free Trial" on grouphiit.com/join.
8. Register for an account. Select the time period that you paid for. On the payment screen, look for "Voucher Code". Enter in your code. The screen will close and you will be logged in. You're all set! Go to your account or log in on Roku and access all classes.
Memberships begin on the day it is redeemed and expire at the end of the period you paid for.
