This program is for anyone who truly wants to commit to a more active lifestyle, but is worried that they lack the conditioning or skills to dive in all at once. In 6 weeks, this program will prepare you for our more advanced programs by focusing on the most basic and common body weight movements so that you feel more confident moving forward in your fitness journey. Pace: Work on perfecting your form for each movement and then complete as many reps as possible within the interval.
Equipment: This program does not require any equipment. However, you can add weights on lunge and squat movements to increase intensity.
How to follow: This program starts with two light weeks. If you are an intermediate level, you can start on week 3. You can also work 10 seconds into the rest interval to increase the intensity of any movement.
