Choose a Program
Group HIIT offers programs for all fitness levels. If it has been a while since you have worked out, need a lower impact program or are intimidated by exercising, we recommend starting with Spark Fit. If you are looking for a challenge that will get results, we recommend Flash Fit. The program starts out with introductory movements and becomes more challenging with weighted movements and more difficult timers. Within the 12 weeks you will have a full progression with endurance, strength and total body fitness. If you want a shorter commitment, try the 30 day HIIT Challenge or 30 Day Weight Loss Challenge which are packed with tough workouts.
Invite a Friend
A Stanford University study showed that receiving a check-in phone call every two weeks from someone that asked about their progress increased the amount of exercise participants did by 78% on average. Invite a friend, family member or coworker to join the program! We recommend doing 1-2 workouts together but you can do them all at home on your own if that’s easier. Our participants that work out in groups are much more successful at maintaining their schedule and committing to their workouts. Not to mention, it is fun to see your friends sweating it out!
