30 Day HIIT Challenge
Still not convinced that a 20 minute workout can get you the results you want? Is a three month commitment daunting? Try the 30 Day HIIT Challenge! This program is suitable for all skill levels because it starts out with basic movements and incorporates more complex movements over time. This program demonstrates our mission at Group HIIT to give you the best workout at any skill level, without equipment, in a short amount of time. This program is fast paced and intense!
The 30 Day HIIT Challenge progresses rapidly with intensifying exercise intervals and more complex exercises every week. The first phase introduces fundamental HIIT exercises and cardio conditioning. This program is for intermediate to advanced levels. It can be completed either before or after the 12 Week Flash Fit Program.
There are four types of workouts each week:
- Upper Body & Abs
- Lower Body & Abs
- Full Body

High intensity interval training (HIIT) is a revolutionary approach to weight loss and fitness that alternates rest and exercise intervals to maximize fat burn in short amount of time. Studies show that a 20 minute HIIT workout burns more calories than 60 minutes of steady state cardio such as running. The 30 Day HIIT Challenge uses this approach to bring you a comprehensive, month long fitness program that makes it as easy as possible to reach your fitness goals. All you need is 25 minutes, 4 times per week, to make the 30 Day HIIT Challenge part of your routine.

Group HIIT believes that fitness routines should be accessible and sustainable. No equipment is needed for the 30 Day HIIT Challenge. For the price of a coffee, you will have access to everything you need to get a great workout in under 30 minutes. Working out together encourages you to push harder and doubles your chances with sticking with the program.
Easy to Follow Videos
Our workout videos follow a standard format that previews the upcoming exercise then displays it while you workout. The video has a timer for the interval, a total workout timer and a counter for each round of the workout. The only sound within the video is a timer beep which makes them enjoyable and less intrusive. You can play your own music, play music from one of our playlists provided on the page or even watch TV while working out.
