This Statement of Privacy applies to www.grouphiit.com and Group HIIT and any app, channels or other media through which it offers and delivers fitness videos or other content and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Group HIIT include www.grouphiit.com and Group HIIT. The Group HIIT website is an online fitness company with free workouts and paid memberships on our site and through other delivery media. By using the Group HIIT website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of your Personal Information

In order to better provide you with products and services offered on our Site, Group HIIT may collect personally identifiable information that you provide, such as your:

  • Mailing Address
  • Email Address

If you purchase Group HIIT's products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction but is stored securely with our payment providers and we do not have access to full credit card numbers.

Right to Deletion

  • Direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records. 
  • You may request to delete your information from our subscription service InPlayer directly from your account. If you wish to also be removed from our website provider and email list, please send an email to contact@grouphiit.com

Please note that we may not be able to comply with requests to delete your personal information if it is necessary to:

Children Under Thirteen

Group HIIT does not collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen, without parental consent. Group HIIT collects non-personally identifiable information for the following reason(s): Group HIIT uses Google Analytics and Adverting platforms which may collect information such as IP address, city and zip code. In order to create an account on Group HIIT or use this website, children must have parental consent. If you are a child under the age of 13, please ask your parent to read this document.

If we become aware that despite our efforts a Child has submitted Personal Information without parental consent, if possible we will contact the Child’s parent in order to verify the parental consent. If the parent does not respond within three days, we will delete the account.

Parents may at any time contact us to receive information about our Children’s privacy policy, or to enquire about any Personal Information that they believe may have been collected from their Child.   When you contact us to ask for specific information about your Child’s information, we will first verify that you are the Child’s parent. We may do this in one of the following manners:  asking you to send us a signed verification form by email, post or fax, asking for photographic or documentary proof of identity, or by asking you to submit a valid credit card number. 

In addition, we may communicate by phone when you call the the telephone number listed below.

Parents may, at any time, revoke their consent given for the collection of Personal Information from their Child, or for any further collection of Personal Information, by contacting us as provided below. We will follow the same procedures to verify that you are indeed the Child’s parent. After receiving such request, we will delete the Child’s Personal Information.

We will not knowingly direct personalized advertising to Children..

Disconnecting your Group HIIT Account from Third Party Websites

You will be able to connect your Group HIIT account to third party accounts. BY CONNECTING YOUR GROUP HIIT ACCOUNT TO YOUR THIRD PARTY ACCOUNT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE CONSENTING TO THE CONTINUOUS RELEASE OF INFORMATION ABOUT YOU TO OTHERS (IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR PRIVACY SETTINGS ON THOSE THIRD PARTY SITES). IF YOU DO NOT WANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOU, INCLUDING PERSONALLY IDENTIFYING INFORMATION, TO BE SHARED IN THIS MANNER, DO NOT USE THIS FEATURE. You may disconnect your account from a third party account at any time. Visit the platform that you created your Group HIIT account log-in with (Facebook, Twitter or Gmail) and disconnect the InPlayer app from your account. You may also log in to your InPlayer account on Group HIIT and request to delete your account. You may also contact us to delete your information from InPlayer.

E-mail Communications

From time to time, Group HIIT may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. In order to improve our Services, we may receive a notification when you open an email from Group HIIT or click on a link therein.

If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from Group HIIT, you may opt out of such communications by Open an email from Group HIIT, scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Unsubscribe".

As far as the law allows, exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or under this Privacy Policy shall be with the courts of New Mexico, USA. You hereby waive any right to file a claim in any other jurisdiction.
