
Blaze Fit - 8 Week Advanced
Blaze Fit is designed for people looking to step up the intensity of their workouts or advanced gym-goers looking to incorporate high-intensity interval training to their routine. These workouts have circuits to hit muscle groups in back to back intervals. Learn more about Blaze Fit.
Pace: Work on perfecting your form for each movement and then complete as many reps as possible within the interval.
Intensity: This is a high impact and high intensity program. It is important that you have good form for the advanced movements.
Movements to master before starting: Weighted Romanian Deadlift, Lunge, Squat, Push-up (on Knees), Plank
Equipment: 2 dumbbells are required. You may want a second set of lighter weights for some upper body movements. Some workouts require a chair or something to sit on.

Monday: Upper Body
Tuesday: Cardio
Wednesday: Lower Body
Thursday: Cardio & Abs
Friday: Full Body
Saturday: Yoga
Sunday: Rest
Mix in two Ignite Abs workouts or one abs and one body focus workout per week.
