Delete Account
To protect you from being accidentally billed after your account is removed, we process account deletions manually. This ensures all active subscriptions are properly closed before your data is deleted.
Step 1: Cancel Your Subscription
You must cancel your active subscription before we can delete your account. Depending on where you started your membership, please follow the instructions below.
- Roku: Go to the Settings page within the Group HIIT Roku Channel, or log in to your account at my.roku.com.
- iOS (Apple): Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad, tap your Name, then tap Subscriptions to find and cancel Group HIIT. You can also cancel your subscription with the app by going to Profile and tap Manage Subscription.
- Website (Stripe): Use the Manage Membership page to launch the Customer Center and cancel your plan.
Step 2: Submit Deletion Request
Once you have confirmed your subscription is cancelled (or if you do not have an active subscription), please complete the form below. Our team will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email once your data has been removed.
A deletion can not be reversed. Please submit your request below
