Send a gift card for a Group HIIT membership

How it works:

1. Choose the amount you want to send to someone.
2. The email will send on the day you choose. Leave the date blank if you would like it to send immediately.
3. Your friend will click a link in the email and create an account on Group HIIT. They will apply the gift card in the promo code field. Note: gift card recipients will need to provide a credit card on sign up but they will not be charged until the gift card amount is used up.
4. The amount will apply to any membership they choose.
