How It Works
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is one of the most popular and effective forms of exercise for fat loss. Our 15-25 minute workouts involve short bursts of exercise at maximum effort work muscles while also getting your heart rate up. After each work interval, you recover which brings your heart rate down and allows your muscles to rest. These bursts of exercise are shown to create the afterburn effect which keeps your muscles burning calories for up to 24 hours after your workout.
