Designed by a physical therapist, our mobility and recovery programs target specific areas. Improve range of motion, posture and stability. Integrating mobility into your routine helps prevent injuries which makes it a great compliment to strength training.


Restorative Shoulders Program

Target shoulder mobility and stability with 12 routines. This mobility program promotes healthy shoulders for strength training and general wellness. Integrating shoulder mobility into your routine helps prevent injuries and improve posture. If you work in front of a computer, have had previous shoulder injuries or if you just feel like your shoulders are tight, this is a great program to follow. The program is three weeks long with four routines per week.
