Worked my tail off!
No messing around here- burpees, mountain climbers, and renegade rows in ONE workout. Holy---. Add the planks and this is absolutely one of my favorite workouts ever. I loved it. It's no joke, sweat dripping like I'm i the desert. I did Wk1/Day1 of the Weight Loss program before this one and it make the ultimate 45 minute workout. I was feeling pretty down and wasn't sure I'd make it through the first but I did, went on to this one and am so glad I did. I feel so much better . I really love that I can play my own music with your program. It helps keep the motivation going. Thanks!!
I'm breathless
This was great. I felt myself getting fitter with each round. I love group hiit. No annoying chatter. I don't play music. I do it in silence.

My arms are like jello and my abs are screaming! Feels good though!
Sneaky arms
I didn't think my arms would be as sore they got from this. All of the planking moves added up and set me up with good for the future workouts.

When I completed this workout I did not feel like I had accomplished much since it was so short. However, I woke up the next morning completely sore in my upper body and my abs. I love it!

This one is tough on the arms, I felt like a had a good workout!
Sweaty and gross
Full disclosure - this is my sister in the videos. I've been playing a lot of rugby, lifting, riding my bike, and eating pretty well. The upper body & abs module crushed my shoulders. I thought I was in much better shape. This is great.

Quick and dirty
I usually work late and don't have a lot of extra time at the end of my work day. 30 minutes of upper body and abs is exactly what I need... Challenging enough to make me sweat (a lot) but quick enough to allow me to have time to make a healthy dinner.
