Squat jump
Like a previous comment or said, I also liked the balance of this full body workout. I enjoyed the squat jump. I am really starting to notice an increase in my endurance. It was most noticeable for me with the Russian twist. Before starting the 12 week program I could only do about 15 seconds max. Today I was able to do all four rounds of 30 seconds each. :-)
Tuck Jump & Roll
At this point I feel I could use more pushups and some way to get my upper and upper mid back. I really liked the tuck jump though, it reminds of speed training I used to do.
Great balance
I really liked that the exercises were balanced in that I was standing and then down on my mat then jumping then working on abs. I like shaking it up!
