When jumping jacks are considered resting ughhh. This one killed me. I really like the side taps and the way the balancing gets my core.
This was such an awesome workout! The level of intensity definitely increased and we could feel it!

This workout pushed me tonight. Just when I thought they were getting easy, Group Hiit increases the intensity. It's a great workout that continues to push and strengthen you!
This one was probably the toughest so far in the twelve week challenge... Mostly because the intervals were just a little bit longer than in previous workouts. I think it's the perfect ramp up of intensity for this program... Couldn't have done this on day 1 but hard enough to keep me going on week 4!
