Sumo Squats!

Sumo squats get the under utilized leg muscles pumping and burpees never get easy but I'm feeling good!

Very good full body workout!

This full body workout really worked my entire body! This, so far, has been the hardest workout I've done in the program! I can definitely feel a change in my body for the better happening! The only hiccup I found is that there was no sound for the abs video!

Best yet!

In my opinion, this lower body workout is the best one yet. I really had to push myself to get through it. I feel great now that I have completed it!
