Kicked MY butt

The sprinters crunch and cups together were hard for me, and the reverse fly was too - my posterior delts were asleep, so I liked that exercise tho couldn't lift more than 2 lbs.

Not impressed

I have been doing this program for five weeks and this is the first time a workout has truly disappointed me. My HR never got above 95 and the workout just felt off didn’t flow and I get like the choices of time with the exercise was I must go back and write good reviews for the ones that really kicked my butt!

Nice balance

I don't feel like this work out with this intense as some of the others, but I do feel like I got a very nice workout.
