Kicked MY butt
The sprinters crunch and cups together were hard for me, and the reverse fly was too - my posterior delts were asleep, so I liked that exercise tho couldn't lift more than 2 lbs.
I have been doing this program for five weeks and this is the first time a workout has truly disappointed me. My HR never got above 95 and the workout just felt off didn’t flow and I get like the choices of time with the exercise was off....now I must go back and write good reviews for the ones that really kicked my butt!
Hi Lindsay, thank you for the feedback! We'll revisit this workout and consider making adjustments. We are glad to hear the other workouts have been challenging.
I don't feel like this work out with this intense as some of the others, but I do feel like I got a very nice workout.
