Too big a jump
All of the other workouts up to now have been good challenges even as they got progressively harder. This one was way too big a jump for me, way too triceps heavy, without enough prep. My shoulder started to tweak so I skipped the 4th round.
Jelly arms
These tricep raises burn! Great workout!
Great for upper arms
I am someone who has always had poor upper body strength, so this workout really pushed me. Great workout!
