Does not disappoint

After doing nine weeks of the 12 week flash fit program, I did not think these workouts could continue to push me. This upper body workout did not disappoint. The mountain climbers and side hops with hands on floor kept my heart rate up. The arm workouts had my arms burning working my muscles big time. Great workout!
