Start your workout
Start by warming up with one minute of jumping jacks. Stretch your arms and legs to prevent an injury.
This workout has short intervals that make it possible for beginner or intermediate levels to complete it. It includes a mix of cardio movements, planking movements and weighted movements that will hit every part of your body.
Movements: Jumping Jack, Asymmetrical Push-up on Knees, Side to Side Hop Hands on Floor, Full Plank with Arm Circle, Plank-up, Squat, Curl, Press
