Start by warming up with one minute of jumping jacks. Stretch your arms and legs to prevent an injury.

Movements: Jumping Jacks, Walkout, Plank-up (on knees), Plank with Side Tap, Bicep Curl

Challenge yourself with this beginner upper body strength and core HIIT workout. These 5 movements work together to strengthen your biceps and triceps, and incorporates movements that build strength in your arms and core simultaneously.  This workout is designed for beginners, but feel free to add more weight to increase intensity.
