It's Perfect
From the first time I discovered Group HIIT I fell hard for it. The excersises are just for my body type which is mesomorph and it's never ever boring! Unless I get my sweat on, I don’t feel like I get a good workout and this workout definitely got me sweating! I am a runner and I also do Cardio Kickboxing and I take Cycle. This is the perfect workout for anyone who can’t get out of the house for whatever reason! Stay healthy!
