Stop searching for workouts and start a program on Group HIIT with little to no equipment. Programs are specifically designed for each level and include hundreds of movements so you'll never get bored. Access cardio, abs and yoga videos in addition to program workouts.
I would say this workout does not adequately work the arms - it might tone them but doesn't build strength or endurance unless you are a beginner. Legs, butt, back and shoulders and yes, even abs are all involved in this workout. It's a great cardio workout, I feel invigorated at the end.
I liked this. My original plan was to do an abs after this was over but NOPE. When I was finished, I was finished. No more. 60 sec sets are challenging for sure. I wish these had abs built in for a 40 minute workout. I am so bad at doing standalone ab workouts and it's something I need to work on. I'm really looking forward to this program!
