Lots of Quad Burn
So much quad burn, UGH. I actually really enjoy burpees but 60 secs is def tough. My third set I aimed for 20. And the banded jumping jacks for 60 secs- that was rough too. third set I got 28 in. If I do it again, I'd start the 60 sec intervals off slower.
