You can stop frog jumping now
Some of the beeps are missing in this workout. The very last circuit of frog jumps seemed to go on forever and then I snuck a peek at my screen and the workout had finished. I replayed it to see if I just didn't hear it, but nope, the timer did not end.

More L2, than L3 - or maybe I'm ready for L4!
This was average intensity, even with 12-15lb dumbbells. The only challenging circuit was the last one. I switched out the bulgarian squat for pistol squats and did one negative push-up for the full 30 seconds focusing on static hold at the 2 most intense middle points of the movement. Will not leave you sweaty and breathless if you are an experience exerciser, and sometimes that's exactly the pace you need.
