Start a Program
Stop searching for workouts and start a program on Group HIIT with little to no equipment. Programs are specifically designed for each level and include hundreds of movements so you'll never get bored. Access cardio, abs and yoga videos in addition to program workouts.
Fairly average in terms of intensity but it's a good one nonetheless. I love star jumps. I changed the overhead lunge to an overhead back lunge because I think it'sa better option for most people. More stability overall unless you are using very light weight. I love the long breaks between sets.
Fun change up
I liked this up and down the river work out. Lots of new stuff and interest. Good workout.
