I've been working out (not here) 5 days a week for months consistently now, and for years prior to this cycle, so it's not like I'm new to HIIT and exercising. I found this website where the workouts have the one thing I've been looking for: no one talking and no music. I started the 30 Day weight loss today, cause I want to lose a few lbs. This is Day 1, and damn, maybe it's because it's July and hot, but I'm dripping mad sweat, and as others mentioned, it's true, it looks like nothing but then it gets to you with all those squats! Great job guys, if this is the start, I'm excited to move forward!
Looks like a breeze but it's quite challenging with all the squats. I switched out the 60s interval in the last set for pistol squats because I was getting bored, 4 rounds of the same thing is tedious to me. Performing pendulum lunges are about as interesting as watching a pendulum.
I really enjoyed this workout, got my heart pumping. I plan to stay for a long time going to pass the word to friends and relatives. Very, happy i signed on
Really got my heart rate up in a short amount of time and a good burn in that final set! Perfect length for squeezing in before work!
I am just getting started with working out after a long period of not doing anything and omg this is so intense. I actually had to stop 10 minutes before. I feel challenged and hopefully will see results.

For the first one I thought it was good, didn't get my heart rate up much, but i was sweating by round 2. Very doable and now I'm off to work. Quick easy way to start the morning before I head out to another stressful day.

It definitely got me sweating!! I would like to see on all workouts how many calories I am burning. And this is a little off topic but it would be nice to see a guided diet plan to follow while completing the 30 day plan so that results can be shown faster.
Hi Lara, we don't display calories burned because it can be so different for each person. Most likely you are burning 5-10 calories per minute. We will think about future additions for diet plans. Thanks for the feedback.
