I have been looking for a website that offers workouts without background music or people talking for years. YEARS. Finally, here it is!! Also, to answer Ray on the previous comment, no workout is ever pointless, even if it originally requires weights and you don't have them. You can work against yourself by intentionally contracting the muscles more, you can make it more challenging by adding jumps or pulses (for squats and lunges), add bottles of water or anything that could substitute the dumbbells for the upper body part, and ultimately, you're moving your body instead of sitting on a couch, you're working on mobility, so it's NEVER pointless. As a suggestion for Group HIIT instead, I love everything about this website, but I think the warmups and cool downs could be longer and more complete (I didn't feel warmed up or stretched enough after them, personally) and in this specific case, there's no modification for the single leg deadlift, but there could be ;) Thank you!

If you don't have any weights I would not recommend this one.
Hi Ray, this program requires dumbbells. The 30 Day HIIT Challenge is a no equipment program if that’s more convenient for you.
so far group hiit is one of the best, love it !!!!!
