This is a great one. The weight loss workouts are the best, in my opinion. This one is not as hard for me as it was the first time I did it but my form is better so it is still grueling. I start out able to do 10 pushups, then 8 then barely 7. My pushups are perfect now - I maintain that right angle with my elbow and I feel it all in my shoulders. Jump lunges amp up the intensity as does a full burpee!
Why did you censor my previous review???
This is twice I've been censored. I take the time to write a review to help your business and then you censor innocuous words like "kill". I reread my review to see if I liked this workout and really had to think about what I wrote in that review. I thought I had written "if you really want to **** yourself do jump lunges", but I didn't think I would write something like that so I was really perplexed. **** yourself. Nope, I definitely would not write that on a public forum. But those are the only 2 **** words I know! Then I remembered I wrote kill. It's a colloquialism, everyone knows this. You should read The Coddling of the American Mind - you just walked right into one of his main arguments with your censorship. I don't notice many young people writing reviews and that's the only cohort who might cower in fear at the threat of killing oneself in a workout. Everyone older than, let's say, 35 or 40, can handle just strong language.

Still a good one
This was more moderate for me the second time around. It's so great to see the progression of my fitness level. If you really want to kill yourself do jump lunges. A 4th round would would been a killer so I'm glad it ended after 3. The middle sets are still the most challenging. burpee to pushup to full plank is challenging for shoulders and back but I see strength gains there too so it will be a doddle before long.
The hardest part is the middle burpee/pushup/shoulder tap. Beginning and end are a breeze.
