Stop searching for workouts and start a program on Group HIIT with little to no equipment. Programs are specifically designed for each level and include hundreds of movements so you'll never get bored. Access cardio, abs and yoga videos in addition to program workouts.
This is a good one. Not hard, but grueling if you challenge yourself with 10lb +weights (and good form). I like the pace the models set too. Nice and easy, clean reps rather than sloppy amraps.
This is a fun cardio plus arms work out that you will feel in your pecs and shoulders tomorrow. Lots of variety to keep your interest.
This was WAY harder than it seems from the title screen. Circuit 2, I was thinking oh this is easy. Circuit 4 and 6, OMG. My arms were dying. By the end, I had sweat dripping down my face and this was not a cardio workout!!! I did like the cardio mixed in- I do feel like I need atleast a bit in every workout and oddly enough, I am a big fan of burpees! So YAY- this was a win for sure.
WHOOOOOO! That was a tough one. My arms are SORE. I'm definitely going to need help doing my hair tomorrow. I am sweating and really looking forward to the rest of this program!

I did it! It was great. Very hard, but I finished it! Can't wait to do the next one's.
