High yield for your time investment
I finished this one breathless, but it wasn't hard for me until the very last round. It was tough to move from very deep squat with perfect form to the jump lunges on that last round. I used 15lb dumbbells for the middle round. I still think stepping back into a lunge is a far more stable move than stepping forward. You have more control and can move slower which is necessary if you are using >8lb weights. 2 round of each circuit was ideal. Would not have wanted to do a third one, that would have been hard.
Legs in Transition
Did Week 1 legs this a.m. I felt proud (Is that sad?) that I got through all movements for the full time and without flubbing the transitions. Gotta move fast to go from one weighted movement to another. Using a barbell.
The circuit is the most difficult but still manageable. I switched to step back lunges so I could use heavier weights. Great, short workout.
Fun, challenging ******
This is a long pyramid type work out that builds to a tough finish. I love it. Found my glutes and thighs!
Perfect concise workout
I loved this workout. The pace is excellent and I was SWEATING after this one. I added on a body focus workout and my legs were toast. Just finished Day 4 of the Blaze Fit program. I'm looking forward to the rest of this program!

Loving these workouts! They are a great way to sweat and still have time to accomplish everything on my to do list. After debating joining a gym or online program, I'm really pleased that I found this.
