Great one

The circuit is the most difficult but still manageable. I switched to step back lunges so I could use heavier weights. Great, short workout.

This is a long pyramid type work out that builds to a tough finish. I love it. Found my glutes and thighs!

One of my favorite workouts!

This is one of my favorite workouts on Group HIIT! Every time I come back to it, it leaves me sooo sore but it’s such a simple and short workout.

Perfect concise workout

I loved this workout. The pace is excellent and I was SWEATING after this one. I added on a body focus workout and my legs were toast. Just finished Day 4 of the Blaze Fit program. I'm looking forward to the rest of this program!

Loving these workouts! They are a great way to sweat and still have time to accomplish everything on my to do list. After debating joining a gym or online program, I'm really pleased that I found this.
