O M G My ab weakness was exposed by today's workout. Really nice selection of full-body movements. The short rests, even between movements, made for a nice challenge.
This is a hard workout. Push-up on toes with toe touches 20sec x 8 is a brutal start and it stays intense. I kinda hate traditional tabata because it can feel tedious by round 5, but i do feel pretty good about myself when done. Suggestion: maybe show or offer modifications on some of the exercises on this one?
Those 8 round per exercise are no joke! It was repetitive but I definitely got a great burn going. I am soaking in sweat and I mainly used 5 and 8 lb weights for the weighted exercises. Another great workout!
