Steering Wheel to Drive Growth
Week 2 upper was a great one. The minute-long shoulder press and the steering wheel required some drive. The full plank with dumbbell slide probably looked ****, but was a great burn.
Fun, great mix
I like this routine because it has some unusual moves (around the world, steering wheel) and its only two times through each circuit then you’re done. I give it an A.
