Short, targeted, cardio too
I’m a fan of any work out that only makes me do two cycles a particular move. Normally I would not enjoy 60 seconds of Highland jacks, but only doing it twice makes it bearable. I like this upper body workout it’s quick, challenging and you’re out the door
