Fun, fast paced, challenging. I really like this workout. Cardio stays up while you work those legs. Solid A. Note: We do not have a ton of room, so we swapped out walking lunges for the weighted sumo squats (40 secs) and put alternating overhead weighted lunges in the 30 sec slot.
The workouts are designed so well. I could get through this with the included rest periods without having to press pause. And it's 35C outside and I have no AC (plus I'm close to 50). Way better than the fitness goddesses on youtube who make me feel as though I'm in the worst shape ever. The group hiit workouts have really helped me improve my endurance. It's noticeable from workout to workout.
