For 2 years I've been doing the usual workouts on youtube (the most popular channels). I did not come across group hiit until I was a seasoned exerciser. At first I didn't think I could do silent workouts so it took me a while to subscribe. This will be the only subscription I renew year after year.
I love these workouts. I am breathless but it's nothing crazy like those L.A-based trainers whose workouts just make me feel like I'm so out of shape.
I feel like I've accomplished something when I finish the group hiit workouts. My endurance gets better week after week.
