⏰ Lunges Rock
Did Day 32 this morning. The clock lunges are cool, and I was glad for the barbell-optional movements. Used a 95-pound barbell for the sumo slide and good mornings. The Bulgarian squats are so great. Thanks!
Fun and great muscular work out
This is one of my all time favorites. Interesting leg moves and moves along to keep you engaged. My thighs and flutes are already feeling it! Not the hardest cardio, but I’m definitely sweating!
