Loved it

Great full body work out with lots of variety and interesting moves. Contrasting other reviewer, I like the 24-30 minute range of the Blaze work outs and for those who want extra, just add the included body focus and/or increase weights. Great way to wrap week 7.

Lighter than expected and short

I do wish this was longer. It's only two rounds for each circuit and I didn't feel like this was that challenging. I do like to feel exhausted at the end- this didn't do it. I have had this feeling about the whole program; for the most part, the workouts are awesome, just short.


Good workout but...

The workouts are good. However, I only wish they’d allotted a few extra more seconds for exercise demos. Sometimes midway through the few seconds of rest they’re demo’ing the next routine and before you know it it’s time to do the exercise. Some of the exercises I’m unfamiliar with. I also wish they’d give a few more seconds transitioning from left side to right side exercises. Such as the he case in the rotating single arm press. It’s hard to switch sides in half second especially when working with heavy weights. This is my only gripe about these workouts. Other than that I definitely feel these workouts making a difference in my overall fitness. Muscle definition is showing and shedding some inches as well.
