Good ….for a tabata
Worked great today, I was short on time so swapped lower body and cardio. The ab tabatas are broken up by intense cardio. Liked it. Note to group HIIT ** I think it would be nice to have 20 sec breaks between the exercise sets so you have an opportunity to get set up —the 10 second break is just a little too short to switch gears to next exercise.
L1/L2 workout, not advanced
This is the first workout I haven't loved. I adapted it to make it more challenging. It is not an advanced workout until maybe the last few rounds. I don't feel accomplished for having finished it though.
