Ankle and Shin Stretch

 

To stretch your ankles and shins in this pose start in a table top position.  Bring the tops of your feet onto the ground with feet together.  Sit back onto heels. 

Modifications:  To stretch deeper lift knees (one at a time) away from the ground.  To make pose gentler, place a rolled blanket or block between feet to help elevate hips.
