Ankle Tap

How to do an ankle tap hiit exercise

Target obliques and the rest of your core with this simple movement. Lay flat with knees bend and feet flat on the floor. Lift your shoulders off of the ground and alternate tapping the outside of your ankles with each hand, keeping your core tight throughout. If your neck gets tired, take a moment to lower it recover before continuing with the set.
