Great workout for getting back into a fitness routine

I worked up a good sweat and this work out had my heart pumping! This was a great work out for someone getting back into a fitness routine (after a long hiatus) or starting a fitness routine for the very first time. I'm looking forward to completing this 6 week beginners challenge!

Simple yet effective!

Doesn't seem like a challenging work out, exercises are easy to follow and execute. The next day I felt it in my shoulders big time! Very rewarding! Excited to see what the rest of the challenge brings!

Perfect for a good start

Its a great exercice to start. I just had a baby and I feel i need to start moving my abs. Is not super hard and you can perfectly do it even you haven't done any exercice before.
