Super Upper Body Starting Point
I really liked the pace of this workout. It worked these weak arms of mine and also got my heart rate up with the jumping jacks. I kept holding my breath and forgetting to breathe correctly. It would be nice to add the "breathe" reminder every so often.
Week 3 from start
I've been working through spark fit beginner and this is my first week. I found the Walkout with Shoulder Taps followed by Full Plank with Arm Circle to be pretty tough to be honest. I could only last 20 seconds on the last two rounds with Full Plank with Arm Circle. I wonder if it might be better to swap Full Plank with Arm Circle and Jumping Jacks around in order to give your shoulders a bit more rest. Then again I might just be really unfit ;)
Great place to start
I started the program today (after trying a variety of different workouts on YouTube). I decided to start on week 3 of the Spark program, here on Day 16. This was a great place to start! Not too difficult, but not easy either. I did the warm up, the workout, and then added one of the L2 7 minute "ignite abs" workouts. The abs one had a couple of moments that I just couldn't do. My neck and abs aren't super strong, so I'll keep trying... something to look forward to!
