I do like these hiit sessions but I found this one too tough for the fronts of my shoulders. I had to stop most of the exercises half way though after the first two rounds.
Hi Mark, thank you for your feedback. Since this program does not use equipment, we are a little bit limited on upper body movements. Always feel free to swap a movement for something you’re more comfortable with. For example, you could change mountain climbers to jumping jacks to keep your heart rate up and have one less movement in a plank position. If you have dumbbells, you could instead swap one of the plank position movements to bicep curls or tricep raises if that works better for you. Let us know if you have any questions.
