Average hard
This is a good one, especially because it's short. Only challenging set is the pulsing jump squat. Moderate otherwise.

Rafael G. Demanding but awesome
The last frog jumps were a challenge. So glad that I could manage to complete the 3 rounds. I am dripping in sweat. Keep them coming!
