Great short burst of exercise

This is great if you want to work hard in a short period. I am both breathless and sweaty at the end.

Burpeees ❤

Anything with burpees is a win. I used my box for the leap squats and my jump rope for the ghost rope. I love using my rope!! This is super short so I'd recommend doing it twice or moving on to another workout- I am heading over to Blaze. :)
