A tough one

This is all cardio and endurance. Not the best thing for my Sunday morning but I'm happy I did it obviously. The last round of jump climbers was very hard. I've noticed over the last 18 months of Group Hiit that it's far better to take no breaks and just move more slowly through the rounds when need be. I used to press pause but my fitness level increases more when I power through even if I take it down a notch.
