Still amazing one
Short and manageable and tough enough so you feel as though you accomplished something. A quick stretch then a brisk walk and then more stretching and I'm good for the day.

Pandemic S. Really good
Intense and time-efficient. Ladder over weights is such a treat to get to, I can catch my breath. I'm going to do the workout a second time but with low impact movements.
