Good beginner workout
This was not demanding at all. The only cardio round was the pulsing jump squats. I used thick fabric resistance bands that stayed in place for all the rounds. I think the rubber ones would roll and slip over that many rounds. Good for beginner exercisers. Activates the muscles but not too taxing. Anyone can get through this one.
